Please describe the situation as briefly and clearly as possible, including:
what happened;
when the problem started;
what symptoms your pet is currently showing;
your pet’s name, species, breed, age and, if possible, body weight.
If possible, please also send a photo or short video. A video can be especially helpful when assessing breathing difficulties, seizures, balance problems, lameness or unusual behaviour.
If the situation is an emergency, we will respond to your message as quickly as possible. Based on the information provided, we will assess how urgent the situation is and advise you on the next steps.
